Definitions

• SchoonHub: Refers to SchoonHub Ltd, registered in the Netherlands with VAT number NL004340674B78.

• User: Any individual or entity using the SchoonHub platform, including customers and cleaners.

• Services: The cleaning services provided through the SchoonHub platform.

Eligibility

• To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under Dutch law.

Registration

• To book a service or register as a cleaner, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Services provided

• Customers: Can book residential, light, or move-in/move-out cleaning services.

• Cleaners: Register to offer their cleaning services through the platform. Cleaners operate as independent contractors, not employees of SchoonHub.

Payment

• All payments for services must be made through the SchoonHub platform. We use secure payment processing services to handle all transactions. Payment details are provided at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Customers: Can cancel bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Cleaners: Must provide at least 24 hours' notice if they cannot fulfill a scheduled booking.

User conduct

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration and booking.

• Use the services in compliance with Dutch laws and regulations.

• Treat all parties (customers, cleaners, and SchoonHub staff) with respect and courtesy.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any confidential information disclosed during the course of using our services private and not to disclose it to third parties.

Liability

SchoonHub acts as an intermediary between customers and cleaners. We are not responsible for the actual cleaning services provided by the cleaners. However, we strive to ensure that all cleaners meet high standards of service and professionalism.

Dispute resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of SchoonHub services shall be governed by Dutch law and resolved through the Dutch courts.

Amendements

SchoonHub reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and, where appropriate, notified to you via email.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms and Conditions or if we suspect any fraudulent activity.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy and Security Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
